TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates & Taxes

1. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST, are net and non-commissionable. Rates may increase without notice due to changes in or imposition of government charges, Taxes or levies.
2. Rates are only accessible on receipt of a signed copy of this contract by DirectAir.

Payment

1. Operator’s vouchers are accepted subject to prior credit approval.
2. Full payment is due within thirty (30) days of receipt of Direct Air Tours’ invoice.
Cancellations/No-show policy/refunds:
1. Cancellations 48 hours or less prior to departure or in the case of non-arrival Direct Air may charge a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the flight booked.
2. Should the departure be cancelled due to weather and a mutually agreed alternative departure is not possible 100% of monies paid will be refunded.

Terms

1. Departures are based on a minimum of 2 passengers.
2. Luggage is restricted to 10kgs (soft bags) per passenger.
3. DirectAir reserves the right to levy a Fuel Surcharge should fuel prices exceed those used to calculate these contracted rates.

Child Policy

1. Children under 3 years not utilising a seat FOC.
2. Children 12 years and under accompanied by two full fare adults 50%

Insurances

Caper Pty Ltd (ACN 079-312-048) trading as DirectAir Charter complies with the Civil Aviation Carriers’ Liability Insurance Legislation and holds a current Certificate of Compliance (Certificate No. CLI-552649/12) issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority Australia (CASA).

The Carrier’s right of indemnity under the Policy in respect of personal injury liability is for an amount not less than A$500,000 per passenger carried, or to be carried, by air by the Carrier.
